We have received numerous questions regarding ticket purchases. If you have a

Can I pick up my tickets anytime before the event?
Tickets will be
mailed up until the end of the day 1 week prior to the ticketed
date of the event.
If you purchase tickets on the website on or after
the last sale date those tickets MAY be made available for pick up at the
"WILL CALL" Location or at the door the
day of the show. All
convenience fees will still apply, and tickets
WILL NOT be mailed.
I've already purchased my tickets, when will I receive them?
Your Tickets will
be mailed the same day your order is approved through PayPal on
our website. In most cases, you should receive your tickets within three
business days after you purchase them. The only exception
will be if you pay by check through Paypal. In those cases
expect your tickets to arrive in 10-14 days after you place your
order. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR
ORDER. WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR TICKETS UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS
APPROVED.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay for tickets through the
website?
No. PayPal
is our merchant processor for credit cards and check payments.
When you reach the PayPal checkout screen you will be presented
with a choice to pay with your credit card, or to use your
PayPal
account, should you have one. You may pay by Master Card,
Visa, American Express, or Discover credit cards.
I'm having trouble using my credit card when trying to check out,
what can I do?
Credit Cards are
processed electronically by PayPal.
There are a few things to keep in mind regarding when using your
credit card.
- Make sure that you have completed all the necessary
fields.
- Your name must be EXACTLY the same as it appears
on the card you are using, including any middle initial if
used.
- Verification uses your billing address, so make certain
that you are using the same address as that on your credit
card statement. You can always specify a different
mailing address through our website.
- PayPal
requires that you Login to your PayPal
account, if you are using a credit card on file with PayPal.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child under 3 years old?
If your child will sit in your lap, and not take an otherwise
paid seat, you do not need a ticket for your child under 3 years
of age. If they sit in a seat, they must have a ticket.
Will my ticket have a specific seat number assigned to it?
Some events have
assigned seating, and may be designated as "Reserved".
These Reserved Tickets will have assigned seats,
(Section-Row-Seat). Tickets purchased on
our website will be assigned as they come in, to the best
available seats at the time of the order. To avoid not
getting the seats you prefer, you should place your order early.
Can I write a check?
Yes, you can pay by check through the website
ONLY if you have a
PayPal
account. It is FREE to sign up for PayPal account, please visit their website
for the details. (http://www.paypal.com).

Can you hold seats for me?
No. Tickets
are strictly available on a first come basis.
Can I avoid paying the Convenience fee?
No, Tickets
purchased through the website incur certain handling, postage
and payment processing fees.
