Facility Rental Information
Whether your event is large, small,
elegant, down and dirty, slow paced, or fast and furious, the
Buffalo County Fairgrounds has the facilities for you! We’ve
designed our buildings so that you can have almost any type of
event on our grounds! The New Exposition Building, the Ag
Pavilion, the Exhibit Building and the Extension Building all
have different qualities that make our facilities the most
diverse indoor facilities in Kearney! All our buildings have
restrooms, ample parking and wireless internet available. Your

The Ag Pavilion features a 120’ x 60’ indoor
arena, where banquets with up to 450 guests work very well, and
a 70’ x 115’ dirt floor which is ideal for livestock shows and
sales. Besides the indoor arena area and the dirt floor, the Ag
Pavilion also offers an additional 20,700 square feet of exhibit
space that is ideal for commercial and/or livestock displays.
The Ag Pavilion will have access to the New Expo Building once
that building is up. There is also a kitchen
area and an office
area in the Ag Pavilion, available for your convenience.
